If you are flying in from the West Coast of the United States, please remember that Italy is on Central European Time, which is typically 9 hours ahead. To arrive in Italy on September 20th, you would need to fly out of the U.S. on September 19th. Travel time is typically 12-13 hours from the West Coast and 8-9 hours from the East Coast.

From Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence to the Relais Della Rovere or Palazzo San Lorenzo is about a 45 min drive via taxi.

The hotel villas only allowed us to book half of their total rooms at each location. They are sister properties and only 5 mins from each other. We will all be in the same bus each day to and from our activities.

You will not need to rent a car. Transportation from the hotel villas to each day's plans and to the wedding venue will be provided via bus charter. You will only need to get yourself from the airport to the hotel accommodations on the day of arrival, and back to the airport on your day of departure.

Formal for day of Wedding. Smart Casual for Rehearsal Dinner. Casual for all other days.

We have included Breakfast each day at each hotel for all guests as well as the Rehearsal Dinner (Sunday the 21st) and the Wedding Reception Dinner (Monday the 22nd).

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for. We know that traveling to Tuscany to celebrate with us is a significant commitment—flights, time off work, and the journey itself are no small things. That’s why we want to be clear: we do not expect any gifts. Having you there, sharing this unforgettable experience with us, is more than enough.
